Just got HB, cant use, no key entry and errors with .dll file

I just purchased and got everything installed (into it's own folders on my desktop, following the tutorial exactly - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhubA1DFp14 ) and when I click the normal Honorbuddy.exe (after being full logged into the game in my character) I do NOT get a pop-up to enter a key. I have my key, but it just opens the little window with all of the options greyed out. I've tried running it in admin mode as well, nothing. When I open the honorbuddy.launcher, I get the error "The program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem". I reinstalled all of the .NET framework, restarting after each install, and restarting after the windows updates.

How do I get this to work? I've tried running everything in admin mode as well, makes 0 difference, and the client is for sure in 32bit.

Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel.
Look for:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


and Uninstall them if they are installed.
Restart your PC.

Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Web Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 SP2 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows Server 2012 from Official Microsoft Download Center


run both as administrator.
after the both installs are completed, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
Then do one last restart.
