Just got banned today, appeal?

Hello

Today my account was permanently suspended for botting. I've botted for a couple of years but have never been caught before this, my first punishment was a permanent ban. I can file a appeal though, but is it worth the effort? Will they even look at it?
If I am to write an appeal, what's the best way to go? ''I'm sorry it will never happen again'' or ''I didn't do anything I don't know what botting is''?
I have an idea right now, my parents are divorced, so each week I swap home. Do you think I can say that my mother's ip is my ip and the time the account has been logged in at my fathers ip it has been hacked, and the hacker botted on it? Do you think they will buy it?

I am really shocked at the moment and I would really appreciate your help!

always appeal, absolutely. dont say anything about botting. just write you suddenly cant log in and got a weird ban message so either they made a mistake or someone keylogged your account, can they please help recover the acct, etc. quite often they get rid of the ban, but also depends what you were doing
