Just got back playing WoW, but can't retrieve KEYs

Just got back to playing wow, and have yet to start using HB. However, i understand that there's this new system on having Key.

I tried keying my email since my paypal email and my email registered here but both did not succeed.

Need some help here. Thanks!

Another enquiry, since I purchased Lifetime package last year that allows 3 sessions, am I still entitled to lifetime usage? Or the keys are limited ?

just use the username and your pass,you are still a Lifetimer
