Just got 525 Mining, Herbing, JC and Enchanting

I just maxed Mining, herbing, JC and enchanting after hearing from a lot people that doing Mining > Prospecting > JC > Disenchant is very profitable but I don't really know what to make, can anyone share their experience with this?
