Just created my first profile and i need some help !

I just created my first profile, it is a very short and simple profile that i need help determining what is not working with it. I made the hotspots and my toon starts out on the initial hotspot then it moves the next one and just stands there.
Also how do i set my bot to either choose Flying mount or ground mount?
Ill post my profile to see if anyone can look at it. as well as a screen shot of the area.

Its in Vale in the north west corner. Thanks a bunch!
