Just bought the bot, can't even use.

It seems our billing system hates you. Will get it sorted by PM with a replacement key today. Sorry.
 
Still no email or private messages? No word on whats going on? If you guys know the problem whats holding it up?
 
i posted ALL the information on the last page, hawker even realized it. I bought a ryfto 1 year key, it even says its a ryfto key and ive posted this a dozen times and nothings getting done.
 
It even charged me 67 dollars, i have a gb/hb lifetime so i have no need for a plugin and the email says ryftomate so i didn't do anything wrong, but your billing sent me a fail key.

Why don't you guys just refund the 67$ that got charged and Ill try purchasing the bot again? Because right now i paid 67$ for a plugin key that i didn't order or want or need.

Thank you tony, I wouldnt have a problem being patient if I was sure bossland was working on it but I feel like everytime he posts es acting like im an idiot even tho I've posted bounds of proof and information. Tony you have been great and so has hawked but everyone else doesn't bret to read what I posted. Not to mention I've done nothing wrong so there's no reason to blame me. Hopefully it will et foxed and everything will be fine.
 
Are you sure the key you posted earlier is the correct one? (The key you posted is from an HB Plugin key, from about a month ago, attached to a different email it seems.)

If you can, please try re-requesting your keys via the following link: SendKeys

If your key still doesn't show, let me know. (We'll need your G2S transaction ID for the purchase to ensure it was actually purchased)
 
I've PMed Shank099 with an apology, a new key and added a extra year free time as he has been very patient in spite of our billing system having mangled his records and messed him about.
 
Thank you so much Hawker, I really appreciate everything so much. You guys didn't have to add a full year but it truly shows how good you guys are and how much you stand behind your products. I've always had good luck with you guys before and finally happy with how this turned out. Thank you again so much.
