Just bought DB, stuck logging in

I just purchased the one-month version of DB to test drive it before committing to the unlimited version. I installed .net and C++ as the wizard indicated, downloaded and ran the DB installer, changed D3 to windowed, parked a tune in the lobby, and fired up DB. It started fine and asked for my key. I put it in, and and it said "Logging in ..." and that was that.

What am I doing wrong?

Issue resolved. Problem existed between keyboard and chair.
