Just bought DB but says I have to wait a day for my key???

Been a customer since 2012 and all of a sudden my money isn't good enough to get a key?

Come on now BuddyTeam can we get this addressed?
 
it doesn't usually take a day to get your key :) usually get the key in less than 30 mins...if it's taking longer, you can go here: https://na.buddyauth.com/...reg/login with the same email address you use to purchase the key and you should find your key there :)

exactly, now all of a sudden their financial coordinator has to review a transaction that I have been making with them for 5 years.... come on now....

seriously wish they had a monthly sub...

can a support member help me out here? finally got a good setup going with my necro and now have to wait

or can you switch out my honorbuddy key to a demonbuddy key?

dont play WoW anymore
 
did you try going to the buddyauth to check your key there? sometimes the mail sending out the key doesn't get delivered promptly or get delivered at all...the last key i purchased i had to go to the buddyauth to retrieve it

yeah I have checked already there, nothing.

Did they just add this email?

This is the first I have ever seen it.
 
hmm...i'm out of ideas on what else you can try...all you can do now is just wait, unfortunately...hopefully you'll get your key soon man :)

I will probably just sit here till Game of Thrones come on refreshing to see if a support member replies...

Game of thrones was leaked already, so go watch it now, as you will have to wait till next week if you already watched the leak from like 5 days ago.

I know it was leaked but not gonna watch the leak.

Have a tradition to watch with wife and dogs, been doing it since season 1 and with other HBO shows.
