just bought a trial code. the client hangs on 'logging in', then HB crashes.

the person who emailed me said they would see about adding a day to my key. but i'm impatient and i felt confident that it wouldn't crash any more. so i bought another 3 day trial. and then that's when it crashed again. i really hope i can be refunded for this. i've gotten zero use of this so far.

try running this first to make sure everything that's needed to run HB is installed. Then make sure you're running WOW 32bit- you can do this either by running wow.exe or by following [this] guide
