Just banned, brand new account

--One thing to note is I have only had this account for 6 days and have only botted for about 45 hours. It says my license has been banned, check my email. I have no email from them and my battle.net account still says active. A Year ago I quit diablo because I was banned so I decided to come back and make this account and this is what happened.

You are fine, you did not get banned. I have gotten this error form time to time.

When you are banned, you will see two things.
1. You will receive an e-mail
2. You will see it under battle.net
 
oh ok, all i did was restart d3 and it worked. That's weird.
 
Oh god my heart stopped for a second. xD Glad you're not banned. Also got an error earlier.
 
Opening a ban report thread about simply being disconnected......

The forums have hit an all time low.
 
been seeing a few post of people freaking out that they were banned and posting it before even trying something as simple and restarting Diablo.....
 
what makes me more worry about is that they are currently not banning any single player like it seems. brace for impact, anytime. blizz is not dumb as fuck

this is how it's been for along while.
 
They destroyed the auction house and have no trading or $$$ value, so yeah.

Consider that when ladders come out, Blizzard will have a good reason to ban people for botting. It would be easy to be very high on the ladder by botting 24/7. There's a good chance that they're going to drop a banwave as soon as ladders are released, or shortly thereafter

from what i understood ladders would be opt-in, like hardcore, disclaimer saying your shit wont be saved ect at the end of each season,
with that in mind, i would assume main focus to hunt down botters would be on the ladders

correct / enlighten me on ladders if ive misunderstood
