i got a couple of bans this way.. just get on the site and open a ticket and tell them you got no idea why you got banned or just write gibberish and you will get auto unbanned

iswm is absolutely right, it doesn't matter when you open it, just make sure you open one. I bot with 5 different accounts 13 hrs at a time with a 4 hour break, rinse repeat. i've been banned 3 different time's each ban was on the same account, and i've been doing this for 5 months now nonstop. each time i opened a ticket online and i had the account most of the time within an hour. i did have to wait till the next morning for one of them probably cause i was banned at 3am that time. i always get a automated email stating that after further investigation blah, blah, blah, but next time the outcome may be different is how it always ends...lol. put in a ticket and get your account back. like someone said, billing's job is to keep money comeing in. gm's job is to ban, if you open the ticket your acting like you didn't do anything wrong. billing may not have any idea what any of it means.... just my 2 cents
