Jesus Christ Can I get a HB admin who can do something, getting ripped off

Ok so here is the deal, i had 3 HB Sessions. On August 5th I bought one session to be attached with my current 3. After buying my Session I was given the Key: ***************************************
I was able to use the key for a day until I got a email saying that it was merged with my 3 already existing sessions 2 days after I asked for the merge. When I logged into my account "king" I only had 3 sessions still. The Key I used before no longer worked either. I email the support and the answer I got was "
how many should it be ?". I said "There should be 4, I had 3 sessions lifetime when it came out and just got the 1 session a couple days ago." I haven't gotten a response for the support at all for over a day again, so I sent another email:

Ok it has been some number of days now and it is still not straighten out. I bought that honorbuddy session and for a few days I could use it but I wanted attached to my Current account. I am not getting responses in an appropriate time and now after you said done I can't use the key anymore to use session, which would be fine if the session was attached to my log in king, which it is not. Please help me, I just want my new account up asap, I didn't expect this to be a 5 day process for 1 session.

I mean really I just bought it, so w/e I sent the information and now it has been two days so I message Tony, which keep in mind I have been asking to help me out with this awful support email thing and he told me to email again and RE-EXPLAIN EVERYTHING to w/e guy is on the other siad of support, so I did and it has been another day. So 2 days with out contact for support and I still don't have my session after a week of emailing and messaging mods.

By posting here I hoped to get them moving and correct this poor exscuse for customer service. I don't understand why it is so poor, I love the staff and bot and have never had a problem, but this is awful.....................
 
Not to mention the guy doesn't use proper grammar making him look like a 12 year old. Too bad you had this kind of support. Hope Tony can sort it for you.
 
Im sorry to hear you've been having problems with your keys, but the only two people taking care of the payment stuff is Tony and Bossland obviosuly bossland is a very busy guy fighting blizzard, and make sure we all get paid that the site stays running, all that jazz. so while its not a cop out to why he does that, tony should be able to take care of you once he wakes up and get this all sorted out for you.
 
No I don't think so: here is our convo hasn't responded in over a day like I said above, well that sucks eithier one of them have been much help. even if he is dealing with blizzard how long could it really take to do this?

I don't know what is up with your support guy and not responding but I was hoping you could give him a shout out to straighten this mess out. I'm sorry if it seems like I am bothering you. Panda land is coming and trying to be prepared for the expansion for once.

The full story? That is it. I have 3 sessions, I wanted 4. I bought 1 session because you said you could attach to my 3 session account. When I asked to get it attached, it took a day in a half for a response, then when bossland said it was done I still only have 3 sessions on my king username and the key for the session I bought no longer works. This is taking way to long, 5 days to attach a session to a pre-existing account and then to get it wrong : /. I love you guys and have the up-most respect but I thought this was a easy task :(.

I thought that after I log in maybe I can do a 4th too, but no it won't let me. If it was merged correctly why would I complain.

Wow, I would be extremely upset if this happened to me. Hopefully they get it sorted for you ASAP, and a little something for your trouble. Geez.
 
Lol, I have had a support ticket in for 2 days. haven't heard a word from them. At least you have gotten a reply, as worthless as it was.

Sorry to hear that, I never knew it was this bad though and I have been here since the beginning I believe.
 
E-mail support has always...ALWAYS been...hmm...shall i say less than good?
Tony and the crew do a decent job as far as answering forums go but as far as e-mail support goes...

As far as Bossland being busy fighting Blizz. *cough* I am sure it is keeping him busy but come on.
 
I had alot of issues with merging my keys as far as time goes. The good news is eventually it gets done so its best to just try to not think about it.

you aint gonna make it go faster or something


i told you that we will check it with Bossland and we will,so you have to be patient
 
Well hopefully you realize you should do something about your support, I didn't realize that service was always like this though so I doubt you'll change anything.
 
I have 3 seperate keys I use with 3 serperate honorbuddy folders. Its not a big deal

on Support emails its me and Bossland

there are some things i cant handle and some things that only Bossland can handle
the last days he is on a business trip and his responds are a bit slow

we are trying for the best old the time,we are humans...not bots or robots

thats great, I wouldn't be making a big deal out of this if I could still use my key, fact is I can't use the key that I bought. I was told this wouldn't be a problem, so I figured why not.
 
you cant use the key cause its marked as "Merged"
Bossland will check why you cant see it on your available sessions
