Ok so here is the deal, i had 3 HB Sessions. On August 5th I bought one session to be attached with my current 3. After buying my Session I was given the Key: ***************************************
I was able to use the key for a day until I got a email saying that it was merged with my 3 already existing sessions 2 days after I asked for the merge. When I logged into my account "king" I only had 3 sessions still. The Key I used before no longer worked either. I email the support and the answer I got was "how many should it be ?". I said "There should be 4, I had 3 sessions lifetime when it came out and just got the 1 session a couple days ago." I haven't gotten a response for the support at all for over a day again, so I sent another email:

I mean really I just bought it, so w/e I sent the information and now it has been two days so I message Tony, which keep in mind I have been asking to help me out with this awful support email thing and he told me to email again and RE-EXPLAIN EVERYTHING to w/e guy is on the other siad of support, so I did and it has been another day. So 2 days with out contact for support and I still don't have my session after a week of emailing and messaging mods.
By posting here I hoped to get them moving and correct this poor exscuse for customer service. I don't understand why it is so poor, I love the staff and bot and have never had a problem, but this is awful.....................

Ok it has been some number of days now and it is still not straighten out. I bought that honorbuddy session and for a few days I could use it but I wanted attached to my Current account. I am not getting responses in an appropriate time and now after you said done I can't use the key anymore to use session, which would be fine if the session was attached to my log in king, which it is not. Please help me, I just want my new account up asap, I didn't expect this to be a 5 day process for 1 session.
