I've really tried... but it still doesn't work for me.

Hey,

i reinstalled .net checked the directX version even a new system setup happened (not for hb though)
but i still get

Authenticating..
Could not connect to the authentication server. It may be too busy to process your request. Please wait a few minutes and try again!
Authentication failed.

after patch 4 there seemed no chance for me to log in hb...

Any Idea?

my tries on http://hb.buddyauth.com/ returned BAD AUTH all the time.

so what happened to my account, since i checked my input more than twice
 
nothing happened to your acc
check your caps and make sure that you are trying to login with your shop info
 
Hm...

now i tried to log into the shop to test my data.
It returned: The username or password you have provided does not match our records.

Ok, so i tried to reset my pw. I entered my email and changed the pw, but -> The username or password you have provided does not match our records.

then i tried the same with my username changed pw again but -> The username or password you have provided does not match our records.

edit:

well the funny thing is now i could log into hb oO

i'll report in if something strange happens in the next hours

but with this wrong info i was just able to log into hb... but after a hb restart ...

do you have any symbols on your pass?
