I've got a question about AH flooding.

Hey.

I'm currently running 4x chars on instances and getting loads of cloth. I've just started today with tailoring and making bags out of the cloths I gather everyday. How many bags do you people think I can post each day without getting blizzard suspicious?

Best Regards

As far as I can tell Blizz doesn't pay too much attention to this. However, the other guys posting the same stuff in the AH are the ones who will be watching you like a hawk and will report you if you have too many...then Blizz investigates and tracks stuff. Post what you think will sell, no point in posting more. When they sell then post more. This way your are not flooding the AH. If you sell cheaper than the others in the AH (and of course you will) don't go too cheap. This is a dead giveaway that you did not have to work for your mats.

Alright. Thanks a lot. Will be posting as you said, small amounts at a time and post more when they sell.

my ah bot used to always be on the undermine journal 'busy sellers' page with 4-5k auctions per day. never got banned.

im currently doing the dungeon farming too. make sure you sell normal cloth, bolts of cloth and bags. best way to clear your massive stock. (but it does actually all sell).

also if youre doing grim batol, take up skinning on the char that does that. im selling the savage leather for 120g a stack easy and you get so much in grim batol.

edit// quick point about my ahbot, i only list say 10 cloth at a time and relist once its sold. dont go listing like 50 - 100 stacks all at once obviously.

Some people will report you if you undercut by too much, all the time.

undercutting is a standard thing for normal players with the use of TSM. nothing to do with being a bot.
