just reminber blizz can ban anyone for no reason at all it says it in TOS and it says nuthing about geting a refund on gametime if anything was to happen to the account....i wanted A refund for my 3 months of game time my account was NOT bannd and they still said no..i bought the time and 1 day later i asked for a refund ....

Botting and getting banned is between you and Blizzurd.
Not between you and your bank, imo.

But blizz has rights to reject future purchases from that Credit Card.
