Its been over Month where is my refund?

I requested a refund the same day I purchased [h=2][Q] Questing Omation -Horde- 90-100[/h]
[h=3]by Reviir[/h]
It has been over a month and still no refund on the product, yet the option to use it was taken away the same day I asked for the refund. Can any DEVs fix this issue. I also see other member's complaining about not getting a refund on products.... Is this the Norm with the HB Auth store now?
