I don't think there is any option in ItemRules2 as of now to filter based on those stats, nor do i think Stone of Jordan is "that valuable" but i could be wrong there.
At some point (before 1.0.0) i was like "these rings don't sell for anything anyway and are almost impossible to get a good price check on in AH" so i choose to value them as any rare ring. It may very well be possible (it probably is so) that Stone of Jordan can't drop this kind of stats and is hereby impossible to get trough my loot rules.
Now the question remains, is that bad? It is not ideal, i'll give you that.

but the other option is pretty much letting all of them get trough which i consider a bigger waist of time than losing a few rings that may be worth a bit (i have never seen any ?5+ but that may just be my luck).
If there is however a way to filter them on perfect "jordan"-stat rolls, i'd be willing to implement these of course. tough even if this is possible, i'd like to be sure they are worth at least close to my usual keep-value for items.
