I use standart ItemFilter, but it's very uncomfortable for me, because it picks up many garbage(items).
what plugin to use better?
Make sure your "Key Pickup" client settings are set to "Use Highlight Key" or "Use Bound Key" and not "Disabled" if you want to avoid having items picked up that are not on your filter.
