Item Rules - List not working?

I have created a specific list for myself, however, it continues to pick up leg 2h weapons/gear that I would rather have salvaged. I have triple checked that the list does not contain these crappy legs.

Item Rule Mode is -- Item List
Under Item Rules - Rule set is "soft" rest are rare rare... (is this why?)
---------------------------------------------------------- what does hard do or RTFM?
Item ranking under threshold, I have no touched. so 10-10-4 - Keep ancient only is unchecked.
Under Item List, the crappy legs are not checked off.


What else can I do?

btw... the item rule I created was through trinity... checking the boxes and adding special affixes.. etc..

In Trinity > Town Run do you have "Always stash ancients" ticked. If so it will stash any ancient item regardless of whether it's on the Item List.
