Would have been worth more in the past.. Current state of the economy it will never sell IMO for more than $200 max....

Probably will only fetch $150 for it maybe less until the economy picks up again... At which time it would sell for alot more..

Routes you could take:
- Seek buyers out on other forums like jsp or diabloprogress
- Let the ring hold special place on your mule until the economy picks back up
- Sell it for what you can get right now.. $100-$150

sold my quadfekta 32crit dmg 5% crit chance 6% attack speed 30-60 damage 90int 80vit all resist 70 ring for only 200 eu few days ago, people buy less and less lately
it stayed in forums and ah for a month

The difference between near perf and perf items exponentially change in price so it might be worth a good amount. For items worth 2b, you should try to sell on forums? 15% cut of 2B is a lot.

This isnt even close to perfect. No avg damage (which is huge) and no vit.

Not to mention all res. Also people on specified forums know the prices better than AH noobs, so its even harder to sell there IF it really isnt BiS.
