Im new and confused. So a code is posted to import, but this is not xml So how to convert to xml file to save?

if you've made an item list, you can export it to notepad.
once you're ready to import it, open said notepad, copy and paste it.

if you find an item list created by someone else, copy and paste it.

no xml required.
