Hey guys!

Updated the Wizard item list with new items and builds that have been added in 2.5.

3 of the 4 stats you get on the items need to be rolled with the right stats, so you have a reroll you can use to change the bad/low roll. Jewelery requirements aren't ancient, again 3 of the 4 stats need to be rolled decent, so you can reroll a 4th.

I've used the following guides from icy-veins to put together everything with the right stats needed. (Including all Amulets)

Advanced List

  • Keeps both Ancient and Non-Ancient.

If someone can find the exact same build on Diablofans or could create the same setup as in Rhykkers his YouTube video I would appreciate it. Will link to it if you post it in the comments.

There are 2 versions of it, an Ancient Parthan setup or Ashnagarr's Blood Bracer setup.

His build seems to be the best setup for High GR pushing as Lightning Wizard it seems. (100+ GR in PTR)

EDIT: I'm blind, missed it on Icy Veins after double checking...

These are very tight ancient only itemlist
That will only keep really good versions of armor with good stats.

If your after something I suggest lowering or removing the requirements

Like Sil3n7 said, these lists are kinda endgame, only use them when you have a decent setup. If you can't speed t10 yet I do not recommend to use it unless you remove the Ancient requirement from the items you want.

It's easy to see what items you need since I linked the builds in the post so open that, look at the items required for your build, search em up in trinity and just click the X behind the Ancient stat.


I might do that for everyone in the future like i did in the AiO(Just started|need most gear|Decently geared), but not right now since I'm busy.

Added Starter, Advanced and Expert lists. Did it myself :P

Which routines are people using to run the wizard one with these days? I am thinking Ill just go straight for that top build.
