Is there a resource that lists all the item id# or spell id#'s?

just take the Itemnumber or spell id from the URL or the item ect in question

eg Ice cold Milk

http://www.wowhead.com/item=1179

1179 would be its ItemID

...but it just uses more words to show you what Khurune just did.
