Item filtering question.

Can I set up the item filters to filter items based on type? I.E., 2 hand swords 2 hand maces, head armor, chest armor, etc.
If so can someone please give me a list of exact names I would need to add to filters to make thrm work.

Wow, a simple yes or no would have been nice. If I really had time to do all the required and didn't have to work 80 hours a week I would have done the research already.I have EB for personal use not running a business like some users.Besides on top of everything I tried to get AIF working and it doesn't seem to lime the fact that I have 27 stash tabs.That being said I can't get it working.

Then take a close hard look at the AIF forum post, all you're asking is in there. If you're having issues, "it not work" won't get you anywhere, describe your issue in detail, post a log, then someone might help you. If you can't spend 5 minutes to describe your problem don't expect anyone to spend more time to try and help you, specially when it's an issue that has been asked about over and over again.

Dude compared to some of the answers on this forum that was a loving embrace.

You should go get AIF and download HighEndItemFilter and play with that it should get you going and should have chest, helm, glove, etc. presets you can play with if that is what you mean

Then the answer you are looking for is "Yes." You're welcome.
 
if you don't have time to research use uptime robot + discord + a webhook to research for you.
I can't believe you just reacted like that honestly, for a guy giving you the names of what you're looking for.
It's literally as simple as
1. download the recently linked AIF (Advanced item filter,) place that in 3rdparty folder,
2 get the .json filter (most recently linked AIFFilter.json has bestiary support,)
3 turn off default item filter of EB, turn on advanced item filter, activate custom rules, load the .json filter file from the "load button," under custome rules.
4. Spend 5-10 minutes analyzing and setting it up how you want it. ( It's way easier than you can imagine, the code itself is easy but this DOES NOT require coding, it has a system to prebuild the code for you.)

P.S you can't really expect to be able to download a bot for any given game in 2018 and have it work without setting it up, nor can you expect to do things for you for free, people don't care if it doesn't gain them anything, because odds are they just react like you did to the initial response of "poe wiki, advanced item filter, and check dev forum." I'm not a dev and I put more than 80 hours a week into just playing piano, though personally I figured everything out by myself without much issues.
This is a clear cut specification of laziness and anyone knows that, just keep that in mind.
It's not difficult to look at the most recent forum posts from 2018, takes about 30 seconds per post to find whether or not the data is relevant.

P.S.S Would you have been angry if he replied yes or no? Both of those "preferred answers," would have given you zero information.

It is actually amazing that a tard like @MrWizard516 can really bring the community together in mutual disgust like nothing else could. Happy botting guys, know that you are, according to this guy, part of the elite group of people that can read lol
