I want to know if you have a chance to create a filter to catch the staff that has "to +2 Level of Fire Gems in this item" and "+1 to Level of Gems in this item"

is possible? create a filter to catch not sell the staff with those qualities?

TLR; Affixes and Suffixes are supported, use those to get what you are looking for.

I do indeed have already the code to get this case, but I won't share with such lazy people.

You can find the Item Filter Editor Guide here. It will cover how you go about tracking down the affixes you want by checking GGG's website for the name.

For stats, you'll want to dump the current Stats data. Please see the Exilebuddy Tools section in The "Dev" Tab: Runtime Development Using CodeDOM guide and run "DumpStats".

That should get you pointed in the right direction.
