I'm not a developer, but if I was, this community would make me want to stop seeing as they do this for free on their free time. Since the WoW ban wave it seems like this community is getting more traffic from that community and is pushing things in the wrong direction.

This would be a good time for people to actually learn their classes/jobs and then once they have a solid grasp on it, provide positive feed back on routines and ways to better improve the bot instead of bashing the small amount of developers RB has or had compared to HB.

There are tons of other games to go play. Either wait or play by hand, it's pretty simple.

one dev, has a contract with bossland. the rest have a fancy "community" dev name that just means they work for free and hope you donate to them.
 
take time, 20mb patch, similar product elsewhere was up and running an hour after the patch and they have also everything working beside flying mesh.... seriously something as to be done about it, what next, going to blame us because there only 1 dev working on it?

not much more to say other than wait or contact bossland directly. picketing in the forum is highly unlikely to have any effect on his work.
 
I already pay every month and more than 1 license so shhhh, also you can keep coming up with all the reasons you want, 1 dev, monthly sub and so on, at the end costumers will just go elsewhere.

Also, this is not a free service, You are delusional if you think we have no right to complain about a butched product.


A bunch of costumers didn't know where to get the beta and got flamed for asking, yeah some of us found out it was in the expansion update thread but can you really blame those peoples for not finding out where the beta was when everything is poorly made

Make a damn sticky and name it Beta Download Heavensward or anything similar, I could go on with everything wrong here but i don't wanna loose a whole day to write about it... no wonder why all this is such a mess.

Personally I don't mind the wait, though I do wish for more transparency. Something like "I got a cold, bot coming in a couple days as I recover." or a simple "I'm working on it." would be nice instead of leaving paying customers to assume that things are getting done. I don't think a 30 second post would hamper development time or personal time too much now would it?

Since this mini patch has gone up, unless I missed it, I don't think mastahg has posted anything and he also has this fun habit of ninja patching without saying anything as well. The developers from that other bot would make a post as soon as they are aware of the patch and as soon as the bot is fixed and even posts in between, not sure if their monthly payment model has anything to do with it but I guess it does provide more of a obligation for these kind of posts.

Also this has nothing to do with people being impatient so stop calling out people for it. We paid and just want some reassurance that our money is well spent (becuase you know, free upgrades is part of what we pay for...) but of course what do I know I don't run the business here...
 
I bought a 3 day pass, i'm not gonna wait 3 days for nothing to happen and throw the money into the lake, so i asked nicely on the forums and i found a dark knight routine.
 
Personally IF only one person is getting paid from bossland but there is devs working on the main project not just their projects I feel that is BS and that they need to hold off and make Bossland pay them. Yous at this point there has only been a few people stated as working for the bot. Not Working on it. but working for it. Would you give your time for free for this project. Str8 up I am more thinking of dropping this bot if that is the case. I don't work for free. I don't go into any random store and help them make money Stocking, or putting their bikes and lawn mowers together I want paid for that. To me that is making your money off slave labor, but hell you don't even have to feed or house them. I see this more of an issue then any of this BS whining in the forums. If you don't like it, go to the other bot. Don't sit there and at this point say that those that are working for free to get this project going isn't good enough.

Fucking grow up. If you don't like the product just walk away. Hell I have bought stuff and said this is junk and tossed it. What is the issues here.

I read the I know more about programming then blah blah in a different tread. Then make your own.

"I want this to be like honorbuddy." Well you know honorbuddy pissed off wow hardcore. So lets just make it so that all the little boys and girls can say I did all the raids, and have all max lvls with the best gear, and the best looking house in the game and didn't have to do anything other then hit the start button.

I know there is a ton of WOW transplants, I am one of them. But to be honest I like it as it is. To be honest I don't like the bot having pvp, I like how the people here are for each other. It was like honorbuddy when I first bought it. There was very few of the "I know your a bot so farm somewhere else or I will report you" assholes then it got so big I had to see that everyday.

So I closing, yet again, HB every time there was a big patch it took time. Every little patch it took time.
If you don't want to wait for it. To bad.
Thanks to all the Devs and Code writers for this bot. So might think you owe everything you do to them, but I want to let you know thanks for taking time to share your creations with us.
 
Wow, and I thought this site was different from others. What happened to all the nice helpful people?

As a user of both RB and Minon, with 3 keys and 16 respectively, both have their good and bad points.

Lifetime vs monthly subs. So for RB I can wait, not like it is costing me monthy subs, if I am paying monthly subs then I would expect better service. You pay for what you get. In fact if you have a timed subs just open a ticket/whatever you want to call it, I am sure you will get refund or extra time. It is a huge expansion after all, deal with it.

One developer vs a multitude (at least two I know of) they run tag teams, so one finishes the other continues. Give RB dev a break, he needs to sleep, eat and pooh like the rest of us.

This break from botting allowed me to enjoy the game again, after all if you wanna bot 24/7 then what's the point of playing it? Might as well switch off the pc/ps4/mac/ps3 and then pretend you got all level 60 with all i6000 gears and pat yourself on the back, it's a game after all, it isnt real. Or not being able to do things yourself and the heavy reliance on the bot exposed one thing, that you suck as a player?

I am quite happy to wait, RB's came a long way, there are things you wont see in other bots, and I look forward to more good stuff. I rather not have a broken bot that crashes my game every hour or so and having to come to the forum to see if other ppl got similar issue and then having to read useless clutters.

So for every princess out there, suck it up

To the devs and community devs, well done and hope to see more from you guys

2 day pass is only 1 euro! May as well use it till Buddies back online.
