i have purchased this for a year and i purchased it within the last 5 days and now it is saying (you have used all your honnorbuddy sessions!) please help

This sometimes happens if you exit the WoWclient or Honorbuddy ungracefully, or log out and log back into the HBclient too quickly.

The 'used all your sessions' should clear in a couple of minutes if this happens. If you can't wait that long, you can always go here and explicitly kill them...
