Please login to the buddystore and disable streaming of all products. Then try again please.

I turned off all plugins working. But when I include that does not work , how to fix it ?

You need to turn on them one by one to check which product is cause the error.
Example:
Turn on product A, start HB - works
Turn on product B, start HB - works
Turn on product C, start HB - does not work
Report the not working product to the author in his release thread and leave it turned off until he fixes it.
Example:
Turn on product A, start HB - works
Turn on product B, start HB - works
Turn on product C, start HB - does not work
