Issues with mounting

I can never get my HB to automatically mount. Under the settings there is a use mount tool with a 4 digit number code and an option for random and automatic, what do these do? I have this set to auto mount and in bgs it simply doesnt even attempt to do it. When I try to use the squire plugin it attempts to mount but i get a spell not found type message. Im relatively new to HB so any input as to what im doing wrong would be great!

clear your settings folder and re-setup your Hb

use auto on all mount settings
if you still got problems post your log as attachment

actually by clicking both auto and random the problem seems to be solved, dont know why but having random on seemed to do the trick
