Issues with CR config windows

So I got an issue with CR config windows.

Seems that they all have overlapping text. So as in everything is clumped way to close together. Thus not allowing me to read what in heck I am toggling.

I have changed resolutions to see if it goes away to no avail.

Perhaps someone might point me the right way, looking on Google i'm getting jack, but i'm sure its me being dumb and not searching for right thing or some damn config in windows I'm forgetting.

This is on windows 8 btw.

Thought it was just my dumb ass and a setting in windows.
