Issues with any class trying to use skills even when its resource pool is empty

Had the same issue, updated from trinity 2 to trinity 3, and it fixed it.

where did u find trinity 3?

Just click download on top right of the screen, then rename trunk to "+Trinity" and put it in the plugins directory, remove old trinity folder also.
