Issue with Talented- Prot Warrior

I have the correct build selected in Talented but I still have to manually put in talent points. Everything is up to date.

Found the problem. In the talent build that comes with the download of HB, the protection build has points spent in Arms and Fury before filling out Protection. The protection talent build in the author's svn has the correct distribution.
