Issue with setup? or download, im confused

so i have been following the sneaky easy set up tutorial thing, and i am showing that i should have ?CompiledAssemblies? and "Logs" in my folder when i extract, i do not have those files so im wondering how i am supposed to use the wingit profiles? following the guide and im stuck at that part, any advice? (<-- im computer dumb... but i wish to learn)

all is working well.

there are some files that get created if they arent there.
the log folder could be one along with the CompiledAssemblies since they dont get used till after buddywing is started and it can create them if they are missing.
