Stuck on loading screen?
I managed to find a fix for this if anyone else runs into this issue I did run a quick search on forum and found a few people with this unanswered. Thank a kind person named PrMinisterGR who posted this on Guru3d Forums. Apparently it is an issue with the drivers.
1.Go to: https://mega.nz/#fm/transfers
2.Download 13.12
3.Extract the Zip to your Diablo 3 exe folder
4.Run Game.
