Issue with Honor buddy

Hello i keep getting this message no matter what. i have done the steps of putting wow in 32 bit and windowed . honor buddy is updated and i keep getting this


You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!
This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #15595
You are currently on build #0

is anyone else getting this message? i have tried loading for 2 weeks and still nothing ;(
