After client patches, Beta is updated first, and then a Release is made as long as Beta seems "stable" enough to promote.
The patch yesterday for 1.1.1 was a decently sized patch. Some things in the client did change, so we run the Beta version first for a day or so, to make sure nothing terrible is broken, and then we'll make a Release if everything seems stable enough.
Since Release is only updated patch to patch, unless there is a critical bug to fix, there will always be a delay in when it gets built.
For Release users, to maximize your botting time, you'll need to switch between the Beta version when Release is not built yet, then switch back to Release after it is.
This is all dependent on the patches that are released for the game. The more patches there are in a short amount of period, like last week, the more Beta has to be updated and tested before a Release is made.
