[Issue] OOC Dashing Strike (No Charges) 2.13.60 Trinity

Well as the title says i noticed sometimes bot tries to use Dashing strike OOC even with 0 Charges (i'm playing static charge monk with 4 piece Raiment sent)
It usually happends when he tries to reach loot or an object like.. shrine/chest
This issue never happends in combat..
I'm using the latest rev 177 and i did a fresh install of Demon Buddy with that Trinity update.
I guess its same issue that was "fixed" in rev 174?

I've seen it too. Guess we need to find a reliable way to get the charges.

that should not matter the bot should check for charges.. but also my delay is at 4~ seconds so yeah.. i dont wanna go higher cause then it will ruin the build kinda.
