Issue on Website

I keep getting strange messages in the top of this page and the page has huge dead spots where buttons and such are not able to be used.

Declaration of vB_ProfileBlock_vBSEOLikes::block_is_enabled() should be compatible with that of vB_ProfileBlock::block_is_enabled() in ..../vbseo/includes/functions_vbseo_ui_profile.php on line 16

any ideas? I only have problems on this site
