Issue attaching

A. Launching the game --> windowed mode
B. Alt-tab
C. Open Winterbuddy.exe ( as administrator )
D. It trys to attach and get the following error :

also nv with admin start ?

Tried that through normal launch
and tried through Arc launcher as admin
