ISBoxer and PoE

I've been tinkering around with this for a few hours now and I can't seem to get it to work with isboxer. It basically won't interact with anything if the game is launched from innerspace but when I launch it normally it works fine, does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Or is it just incompatible?

I think it just might be incompatible due to how we have to work with the client. I think Apoc mentioned something to me a while back about the issue, but I'd have to ask him again.

Is there any chance of it being compatible in the future? The CPU management features that ISBoxer has allows me to run many more clients. ATM I'm limited to around 6 and with ISBoxer I can run 14+.
