Is your main account banned? Here is the best way to get it back...

I reached out to a friend that is a blizzard game master after my main account got banned for botting.

I asked her how I could get my account back after obvious botting and being rejected on an appeal. She says you will only be able to get an account back if it is in YOUR NAME.

According to her... this is the best route given the circumstances of a failed appeal.

1. Scan your ID and have it ready to email.
2. CALL Blizzard Support (I know it says the phone rep cannot unban your account but that's a lie, they can and they do it all the time)
3. Tell the Support rep that you called earlier and they determined your account was compromised and they requested you scan your ID and call back. She says many phone reps fail to put in tickets from calls so they will immediately put in a ticket that your account is pending verification, and give you an email address to send your ID to. They may verify while on the phone or tell you that they will update your ticket.
4. Once you are confirmed as the owner of the account it will get unbanned. This will circumvent the appeals process all together.

IMPORTANT! --- Remove Honorbuddy AND addons from your computer before doing any of this. Attempt to login to your account after you have done so. A report is sent to Blizzard of what is running on your computer when you try to login. This will show the most recent report has no addons or bots running on your computer.

If anyone wants some dirt on Blizzard or a possible way to exploit the support.. here's some things I was told.

The phone reps are generally the new employees that get the lowest pay. There is a lot of hostility between the game developers and support. Some of the developers and management treat the support staff like they are disposable. A lot of the game masters don't even play the game and the ticketing system is not well organized and cluttered with millions of tickets. Old tickets for an account often aren't even looked at by a phone rep. GM's that do investigations and appeals are much more thorough and you're much less likely to get an account back if it has to go through them.

Tried this and they asked me for my appeal ID number and I replyed that I did not get one. Then he said he would look into it and send me an email. Which turned out to be unsuccessful.

If this is true, the GM basically said that Blizz can detect HB and thats a nono in this forum...
You are better off telling the pope that God doesn't exist than implying that HB can be detected in this forum.

There is no reason NOT to try this. However he stated that "your account has been accessed from X IP address so it does not look like a case of a compromised account. It was also accessed by this IP which is where you sent the ticket from at the time you were found botting".

So my approach didnt work at all. Not sure what OP did exactly

well you could say,like, "I was out in the hospital, and my girlfriend used my account, she wanted to do me a surprise, but blah blah blah, she then wrote tickets as if she was me, blah blah blah, I told this story to the previous GM and he told me to send my ID blah blah"

I hope you guys realize that not even a month ago, someone posted a tutorial on how they got their main account unbanned, explaining in detail on how it worked for them, and they got rebanned the same day. It's pretty clear at this point that Blizzard employees hang around here, and the more detail you post here with stuff like this, the less it works, and the more obvious you make it that you are a part of a botting community.

I agree with NoWay. I'm sure quite a few GMs have found people who sent in appeals via copy/paste. Not like it doesn't happen.

i never get my account back once its banned they dont even give me a 72 hour suspension with my bans its always instant perma ban even when i apeal they always have proof thats why i stopped using questbotting with hb i dont get it other botters that they know they are botting also they get a 72hour and me instant i gues they hammer me hard if i touch questbotting

Again, the number of accounts you've had banned likely has something to do with this. I have been questing with Kicks for a couple months now without any issues. The key is to not leave the bot unsupervised for an extended period of time.

ye i know but ive quested over a year without issue and then my bans has been started so its really kicks profiles ive been banned one time with glider 8 years ago im an old schooler botter i know my english is shit but i know for 1000000% that it is kicks profiles bugged or someone is watching me i dont know ive talked with a few people on skype and they also said i could better stop questing because i dont get it if the bot it self would be detected i would be banned to by using Tyrael HB so that is not the case for me its really kicks profiles and im not a big farmer i made money from questing 1-90 17k 16k gold on 10 accounts and they where not on the same place first i started one and wait til like 30 lvls then started a new one so evrybot was in a difference zone

It's not Kick's. If that was the case, he'd take the profile pack down himself. I trust the quest profiles enough to use them on my own toons and I have yet to have a problem. Sure, a toon gets stuck occasionally or I have to stop the bot because it's doing something dumb, but I've leveled four toons to 90 in three months thanks to Kick's. If Kick's was to blame, I'd be banned, too, and so would the likely thousands of people who use his profiles.

Yes, faster if you party with five of your toons and run the dungeons yourself. Afk in dungeons with anything other than a healer and I'll guarantee you'll get reported. The bot is way too unpredictable and glitchy.
