Is wow fun still??

I'm not wanting to know how much people like doing pvp or pve, just is wow still fun to bot for gold. I havnt played in about a year and was thinking about getting back into it. Does gold still play a huge role in wow or is it losing too much value?
 
Don't bother coming back until MoP. WoW is dead until then.
 
It always happens whenever a new expansion comes out. WoW is dies slowly, MoP comes out and bursts with people.
 
ofcourse wow is the best game and wil have always more subs 11m or so and soon MoP arena raiding with bot is awsome archiving the best in game without doing anything just walking all other mmo fail:) u should go back to wow i play it for 6 7 year now:)

i gived diabloa chance swtor stil i go back to wow and soon we have to lvl to 90

I think that if you're going to make your way back into the game, now is a perfect time. I say that because it should give you enough time to make some gold for the expansion. That way when the expansion drops, you can focus on enjoying new content, instead of botting.

I will bot of course, but a lot more casually than usual because I've saved up a good bit.

In my opinion, I think that just after an expansion, gold plays a large part in game enjoyability.

It's so boring... that I don't even bot more...
I login start my my dailies with hbuddy, and then just manually PvP / Arena / Duel
Then log off....
Once run out of money i farm & shuffle -> rinse & repeat....

So if u should start now? Only if u want to spare gold and mats for when MoP Hits =]
 
If all you do is bot for gold, I'm not sure how wow was ever fun.

Nowis a good time to have gold though, cuz everyone outgears everything and you can buy runs/mounts for pretty cheap.
