Is upgrading our keys remotely possible during the injunction?

Meaning we've already had let's say one lifetime key purchased, and wanted to add a session to that.

I know the easy answer, in theory it's a sale. However with law the answer is never really easy.
IE: German's are locked out while the rest of us can still use it.

Anyhow I've recently came upon another account and would hate to, and well frankly refuse to,
use another service.

If this is possible that would be absolutely stellar.
