I am running WD with Healing monk, I would like to know if its possible to make monk pull more/ grab elites and not care about single monsters ? make him just go to big groups along with elite crowds?

Yes just set your trinity to something like this:

It isnt perfect but if you have Illusionary Boots it will get the job done (otherwise it may get blocked by white mobs in narrow tunnels and stop to attack them).
