Is this normal?

Compiler Error: error CS2012: Cannot open 'C:\DB\CompiledAssemblies\636672503404537939\TrinityRoutine.dll' for writing -- 'The process cannot access the file 'C:\DB\CompiledAssemblies\636672503404537939\TrinityRoutine.dll' because it is being used by another process.'

And what can i do about it? It happens from time to time, then i need to restart DB.

Yeah, works after a restart.. but after like 5-6h of playing the error is back. But i can live with that... thanx tho.
