Is this means i'm being banned?

After .37 updates, i did login to POGO on phone and got error message "device not compatible bla bla..", so i heard this is because a rooted phone.
Today, POGO get another updates .37.1, after update on my phone, i cannot log in, simply error just saying, "Unable to connect to server".

Edited: Just try login to pf, my account still works. so i assume, there no longer "device no compatible..." message because of a rooted phone
