you just switched location to fast ( if you catch a pokemon or was at a pokestop ) you need a spezific time till you can catch on other lokations to far way from this location ( thats from pokeserver ) for switching longer distance i calculate flytime + 1-2 hours, for normal switch i calculate drivetime - 25%

So, earlier i jumped from New York to Australia to catch a Porygon, what happened is that i forgot to go back to my actual location and tried to catch the pokemon, and softbanned for hours ! BUT there is a trick to get unbanned !
What you want to do is :
Go to a pokestop on the location you want to be !
Open pokestop>spin it>close it . Repeat this until you get items from the pokestop, which means you are unbanned !
I didn't belive too until i tried and it worked ! Also the person who told me this said you have to do it 40 times.IDK if i did it 40 times but it worked !
Spread the word !
Also, i tried this on NOX !

EDIT: IT TAKES EXACTLY 40 TIMES TO GET UNBANNED ! JUST DID IT AGAIN! (FROM NY to Sydney)

EDIT 2 : I was in NY on nox, i closed nox, went to my phone (my IRL location is in Europe), went to a pokestop (i have the tweaked pogo (Jailbreak only iOS) ), did the 40 times Open, spin, close, open, spin, close..... IT ALSO WORKS THIS WAY !

ALSO ignorant ppl saying it doesn't work, check your facts first THEN you can comment WHATEVER you want
