Is there currently a stand alone Giles Loot rules PLUGIN?

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a stand alone GILES loot rules plugin or just a loot rules xml in general to follow the settings it uses as default alone? Just curious if there isn't does anyone know where in the giles trinity file i could find said loot rules it uses so i can make my own if needed?
