Works perfectly fine for me. I use it on hundreds of Lock boxes I get from farming mobs in Dread Wastes.

If it's not working for you, what is the usual method of resolving this issue?

Step 1. Post in the correct thread.
Step 2. Put a log in that post in the correct thread.
Step 3. Wait for a response.

It's not post "It doesn't work" as that is your observation and not something anyone at all apart from the holy internet gods can diagnose as a real issue.
With a log we can actually see what your problem is, so help yourself and post a log.
